We are planning a great A Scow Nationals event June 24-26, 2016 at Torch Lake, MI. You won’t want to miss this event at one of the most beautiful lakes in the country. Torch Lake at 19 miles long is Michigan’s longest inland lake with approximately 18,770 acres of sailing area. Even A Scows won’t need that much space! The lake is located just 17 miles northeast of Traverse City if you are thinking of flying in. The lake is about two miles wide with a maximum depth of 315 feet and an average depth of 111 feet.
Torch Lake is known for it’s clarity and distinct color, an awesome Caribbean-like turquoise blue. Don’t miss this event!
